The problem

What this product exists to fix.

Problem

OEE is the number that tells a packaging line whether it is healthy, and most lines compute it in a spreadsheet a week later — by which point the shift that caused the loss is long gone.

Solution

Manual-first OEE: operators record counts and downtime on the line, the app computes availability, performance and quality live, and the losses are visible while the shift is still running.

  • Offline-first — plant wifi is unreliable, so entries queue locally and replay on reconnect
  • OEE derived from the operator’s own entries rather than an assumed ideal
  • Downtime reasons are structured, which is what makes the loss analysis usable
  • Operator and manager roles: one records, the other exports
